The Roots Entertainers, Channel One Soundsystem, are celebrating 40 years at Notting Hill Carnival this year and it’s set to be an event for the history books. Expect strictly the finest heavyweight Roots & Dub music played just how it’s supposed to be – on towering speakers on the streets with strictly vinyl on the turntables.
 
Mikey Dread will be at the controls with Ras Kayleb hosting duties, alongside a slew of special guests and the extended Channel One family of Soundsystem MCs and Singers. 
 
At 4pm on Sunday 28th August Channel One will be running a special Greensleeves Records showcase highlighting our 45 Years as London’s iconic Reggae & Dancehall record label.
