Kids’ tickets are only valid when booked with at least one paid adult ticket in the same transaction.
Do not proceed to checkout with kids’ tickets only — any order containing only free kids’ tickets will be voided.
How to redeem: Go to the Tickets page and click “Enter promo code” (or the Promo Code box).
Enter FREEUNDER18 and apply the code before selecting tickets.
Select your paid adult ticket(s) first, then select up to two (2) free kids’ tickets.Complete checkout.
Limits: Maximum two (2) free kids’ tickets per transaction.
For additional children, start a new transaction, re-enter the code, and ensure that transaction also includes at least one paid adult ticket.
To upgrade a ticket on Eventbrite, you can change the ticket type or event for an attendee’s registration:
Log in to your Eventbrite account and go to “Tickets”
Select your order
Select “Change ticket”
Choose the new ticket type or event
Review the changes and select “Save and continue”
Enter your registration information
Select “Place Order”
You can only change one ticket at a time.😎
2-for-1 Personal Assistant (PA) Tickets
Purchase any 2-for-1 ticket deal and it will cover you + your personal assistant.
No separate PA ticket application is required (verification may be requested on site).
All ticket sales are final – tickets are non-refundable.
However, tickets can be transferred to another person if you’re unable to attend.
