Another Successful Outreach: Afro*Disiac Live Radio Brings Joy to Westbourne Tower Care HomeAvery Care Home

On Sunday, July 14th, Afro*Disiac Live Radio, in collaboration with Turtle Bay Bournemouth, had the incredible opportunity to once again bring the lively sounds of our Bournemouth Reggae Weekender to the residents of Westbourne Tower Care Home This event marks our second time sharing the rich rhythms of reggae with these cherished members of our community, reaffirming our dedication to connecting with those who are often overlooked.

The day was filled with smiles, laughter, and a level of engagement that beautifully highlighted the universal power of music. Watching the residents come alive through the joy of our performance was a truly moving experience, demonstrating how music can bridge generational gaps and bring people together in profound ways.
